Phuong Viet commits to fully implement product warranty policies for customers. Each product will have different times and regulations. Please refer to the information below to ensure your legitimate interests in the future.

- WARRANTY SCOPE

We warrant all product lines supplied by PHUONG VIET DISTRIBUTION CO., LTD within the warranty period.

The product is warranted when parts of the product are self-damaged or due to fault on the part of the manufacturer.

The warranty includes: software upgrade, repair, parts replacement or other necessary measures in accordance with Phuong Viet’s regulations. In order for the warranty to be handled in the fastest time, Phuong Viet reserves the right to use any form of repair for free without prior notice to the customer. If the customer has another request, please notify immediately when sending the product to TTBH for warranty.

The warranty does not cover technical support for hardware (connecting, installing, …), instructions for using software, restoring data, applications, software or support assist in removing and deleting passwords on the product.

In the event that the warranty requires part replacement, we reserve the right to use any part in accordance with Phuong Viet’s standards for replacement.
- WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Phuong Viet guarantees products that satisfy all of the following conditions:

Products distributed by Phuong Viet.

The product has a warranty stamp and warranty period (up to the time Phuong Viet receives). In the case of no warranty stamps, we will calculate the warranty period according to the delivery note or apply the warranty period from the manufacturer according to the serial number of the product.

The product is intact, in accordance with the correct specifications, not subject to physical damage, the manufacturer’s label is complete and intact, the serial number on the label is clear, can not be erased or modified.

The product is damaged due to part quality or manufacturing process failure.

The product is not covered by the warranty.

Products in one of the following cases will be refused warranty:

The product is not distributed by Phuong Viet.

The product has no warranty stamps or is torn or modified.

The stamp or serial number on the product is out of warranty.

The product has no warranty data on Phuong Viet’s database or does not have a warranty card; warranty card is not valid (For example: The information on the ticket was not filled out, erased or modified).

Product is altered or repaired by a technician who is not from Phuong Viet or by a technician not authorized by Phuong Viet.
- WARRANTY PERIOD

For all equipment with new stock or replacement parts available: warranty processing time 2-5 days (excluding holidays and holidays).

If the goods are not repairable and the replacement board is not available, the customer is entitled to borrow another equivalent product suitable for the customer’s system for free (In the condition that a replacement warehouse of Phuong Viet is available) to use while waiting for the warranty service from the company, the customer must commit to fully refund the borrowed goods as soon as they receive the notification that the goods are in stock. onions.
* If the customer does not make a full refund within 1 month from the notice of complete warranty from the company, we reserve the right to refuse to return the warranted item from the company.
* If the customer wants to borrow a more advanced product than the warranty product, they must deposit 100% of the product value and only support 50% of the new purchase cost if the loan has an error. / em>

Before bringing the product to TTBH, you must be sure to remove all accessories, accessories, and attachments that are not provided or warranted under the product. We will not be responsible for their damage or loss (if any) during the repair.

For customers in Ho Chi Minh City: You will bear the cost of transport to the warranty center.

For customers in other provinces: Phuong Viet supports two-way transportation costs to the bus station (receiving goods and delivering goods at the bus station). Customers pay for the freight themselves from the garage.
